I use these with my Lenovo PC watching Netflix and I see no delay.

I have no latency issues with mine, connected through a Bluetooth dongle to my HiFi which is connected to my television through it's headphone jack. Apparently, though, there are some situations where latency is an issue. That's no doubt because there are a variety of connectivity options with today's televisions, including through an optical digital audio out port, which would require yet another dongle to convert the digital signal to analog for the Bluetooth dongle. So the real answer is, it depends. What are your TV's audio out options? If, for instance, it has RCA out jacks, a simple RCA to mini-plug adaptor would be all you would need to hook up the Bluetooth dongle. That should create no latency, as the signal is already analog. As for what it says on the box, sadly that's much to limited to be of much use.
