Potential problems that others have reported and I have experienced: app connectivity, Bluetooth issues, falling out of the ears. For some of us, even after trying all the combinations of ear tips and rings, we are longing for the secure and comfortable StayHear style tips or an updated equivalent. Have been a huge fan of Bose over many years and have been willing to pay a premium. For me, the QuietComfort II model has been a disappointment.
