• For your requirements, I suggest trying the Bose Ultra with different ear bands; small supportive wires to wrap the exterior ear. Or maybe different brands. Google Pixel Buds are smaller in size and might fit your ear cup better.

• Hello Sally, different eartip sizes are included with the QuietComfort earbuds (small, medium and large). I would recommend trying the smaller size (size 1).
