Yes, you can adjust the volume using touch controls on the earbuds. The left and right earbud surfaces are the same, but the controls vary depending on whether you are listening to audio or on a phone call. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Volume cannot be adjusted however you can select between quiet mode or wear mode Etc with a tap on the earbud. You can also select to stop and start music or answer the phone by tapping. There are other customizable features to the headsets
