• Absolutely does. My daughter has a sensory disorder and requires her own personal volume control when going out, Bose Quiet earbuds provide that and then some.

• No. The headphones themselves cancel surrounding noise, but if you find taking/making calls in a loud environment challenging, please try moving to a quieter environment.
