I’ve had this earbuds for a few weeks and I love them. I love the way they sound and the way they fit. Usually I like to use AirPods since it’s easier to connect to my other Apple products but they always seem to slip out when I use them. There’s no issues with this ones slipping out since they have different size wing tips. They are comfortable to wear even for hours. They are pretty easy to control since you can control your music without taking your phone out with the touch functions on the earbuds. There’s a few things that I don’t like. Sometimes when I’m laying down and I lay one my side with my earbud on they change the songs or lower/raise volume, so I would say they are really sensitive. But that can be avoided so not a deal breaker. Another thing I don’t like is that it’s kinda hard to take them out of the case itself. Also the battery life isn’t as good as I would like it to be but it still last around 5 hours(using immersive audio). Other than that I would 100% recommend them even if they’re a bit pricy.

Excellent set of ear buds, I was in need of a good pair and after reading many reviews I decided on these and I am super pleased with how comfortable they are to wear and how long the battery life is. Noise cancelation is superb, I am loving the immersion setting. Bose app makes customizing your music experience a breeze and switching between paired devices. I would recommend anyone looking for an upgrade from Beats or Apple earbuds, these are legit and I couldn’t be more happier with this purchase. Gym girl approved.

These are really good earbuds! I got both these and the Sony WF-1000XM5, and as a BB total member, had some time to make the decision between the two. Went on 4 flights and compared overall performance between the two options, and the Bose came on top on almost everything besides one feature, at least for my individual needs (i travel a lot and mostly use the earbuds in flights): 1. Active Noise Cancellation: The Bose are way better in the ANC feature than the Sony, especially in flight, but even overall in a noisy environment, with high volume conversations in the background, The Sony were good, but in my opinion not even remotely close to the Bose. 2. Comfort in the ear: I liked the Bose ear feeling more, they're not as big inside the ear and the ANC makes it that they don't have to be pushed all the way in the ear to function at a high level. the Sony has this foam like material that expands in the ear, which on the positive adds some more blockage to the noise, but on the negative after a while you start feeling in in your ear. 3. Sound quality: I think the Bose are a better sound overall, both on phone calls and on music. Watched several TV shows and a Movie with both, and the sound coming from the Bose was more crisp and rich but the sound from the Sony was more bass and deep, so i guess it's a matter of individual preference. 4. App: having both apps, i can definitely say they both suck, but the Bose app sucks a bit less. I had some connectivity issues with the Sony on both my Samsung S24 Ultra and my Lenovo Laptop - maybe it was a local problem with the pair i had, but the BT kept disconnecting from the earbuds perspective once every couple of hours. No connectivity issues with the Bose. The only definitive advantage i found with the Sony earbuds was the microphone. the mic on the Sony is way better when having a phone call when compared to the Bose. the Bose have this echo resonance in the background but the Sony sounds good and clean. Verified with several calls to people and getting their feedback on how they heard the conversation from their perspective. Overall, these are great, and for my individual needs the Bose were just a bit better than the Sony ones (higher need for ANC during flights and emphasis on sound quality).

Super comfortable and great sound. You do need the app to pair initially but every time I use it, it will connect automatically. It has a great EQ system if you need to adjust that. Initially it has a flat EQ and I feel it naturally has a thicker bass which I personally love. It stays in my ears regardless of the activity I’m doing. The only “issue” is that they’re a tad bulky but I upgraded from the original AirPods and those are tiny… I love these though and I will trust Bose forever.

The sound is amazing—clear, rich, and balanced with just the right amount of bass. The noise canceling is next-level, perfect for flights and the gym. Super comfortable to wear for hours, and the battery lasts all day. Calls are crystal-clear too. Definitely worth it if you want premium earbuds.

Best Fitting Earbuds Even for Smaller Ears

I am an Apple Fanboy through and through, but these earbuds have one leg up on Apple that I find very important. The Fit!!!!! As a person with smaller ears, i love that Apple made the small and extra small tips for the Airpods Pro 2nd Generation. They really help out with keeping the buds in your ears. But Bose’s wing tip design takes the cake. It’s so comfortable to feel an earbud with this amount of stability. I was beginning to back to earbuds without tips for this one reason until I tried the Quiet Comfort Series. Whether you choose the Quiet Comfort II buds (that are cheaper) or the Quiet Comfort Ultra earbuds, you’ll see the same fit. I love the sound on these buds as well. Sorry Apple, I think I have a new favorite for earbuds, but you’ve got me sold on everything else.

My first pair was the Quiet Comfort II but had to return them for the rubber surround coming off. These are the improved version of that model. Sound is excellent with enough bass to thump. Pairing with my Samsung S24 Ultra surprisingly simple. The included ear foam and surrounds gives you a lot of fir options too. The only thing to get used to are the controls. A touch, doulble touch, slide, etc. can be confusing. Watch YouTube videos will help a lot. They are not cheap but quality isn't cheap. Try them out for yourself. Enjoy!

The worst earbuds I've ever owned. The sound quality/battery life are amazing. However, everything else about these earbuds is terrible. They have connectivity issues on a daily basis. Sometimes they refuse to connect to my phone and i have to put them back in their case and take them out to reconnect. There have been multiple times that I have to do this repeatedly to get them to connect. Other times, I have to restart my phone completely for them to connect. Ive tried them with my android and my iPhone and they both have the same issues with these earbuds. Also, while listening to music, they will randomly cut out. When this happens you have to, again, put them back in their case and take them out to reconnect. There's also a rather loud crackling noise that happens when music is paused and sometimes its audible while music is on. Finally, there is no way to find these if you misplace them. Bose does not offer a tracking or find my feature. I would definitely not recommend. The sound quality is made useless by the software. Save yourself 50 bucks and get a pair of airpods. I'm personally going to be returning these and getting airpods

      HI there,

It's great that you found the sound quality and battery life amazing with the earbuds. I understand that you're planning on return the earbuds due to the connectivity concerns you've raised. Before you return them, I'd recommend trying the steps here https://bose.life/47aVuEt to help with getting them connectivity, and here https://bose.life/3tIdQil for them dropping the connection.
I'd also double check that the stability bands on the earbuds are full seated all around the earbuds, this will be to ensure they sit correctly into the charging case.

The static noise is unusual, and I'd recommend following the guide here https://bose.life/46ljNzU to help with this. You can also reach out to us https://bose.life/contact for support as well, as we'd love to have you enjoying the earbuds.

I use my Bose QuietComfort Ultra headphones every single day—lifting at the gym, running outside, and even during long work hours. They’ve taken sweat, drops, and daily wear like a champ, yet still sound and feel brand new. The noise cancellation is unreal—on flights, it blocks out everything so completely that the silence almost feels unnatural at first, like stepping out of the world’s chaos for a moment. The sound is rich, detailed, and keeps me locked in whether I’m chasing PRs or deadlines. My only note is that charging can sometimes be inconsistent—occasionally the case light shows charging, but the headphones aren’t fully topped off later. Still, these are hands-down the best blend of comfort, durability, and performance I’ve ever owned.

These are the best headphones I've had. They are a huge upgrade from my old Samsung Galaxy bugs. Sometimes there are minor connectivity issues on Iphone that require me to put the headphones back in the case and take them out again, but otherwise the sound is amazing and the EQ is very useful.

Sound quality is amazing, the noise cancellation is top notch, but the awareness mode is surprisingly functional. Have tried and been underwhelmed by the immersion mode, so don't really recommend, but when they're in, and in awareness mode, they're comfortable enough that I forget I have them in. Top marks. Best of all, they connect across a really long distance, so I can leave my phone in different parts of my house and still listen to books and music.

I rate earbuds on 5 things, Noise Canceling, Sound, Voice Calling, Controls & Ear Fit. Many professional reviews on these expensive earbuds or over-ear headsets are never helpful and accurate. Noise Canceling: Bose noise canceling is great (10), better than close comparison Sony - WF1000XM5 (9). Sennheiser Momentum closely matches up well with Bose (10). Sound: Bose Sound is great, gives you a good spatial audio with bass and just has good depth (9.5), The Sony - WF1000XM5 sound is seriously not great, very mundane in my view, good treble (8). Sennheiser Momentum sound doesn’t have as much base to the Bose, but overall sound is better than the Bose (10). Voice Calling: Most of this are ok with voice calling. I would say the Bose is a 9, Sony - WF1000XM5 is a 7 and Sennheiser Momentum 8.5 Controls: Bose controls are easier 10, Sony - WF1000XM5 packaging doesn’t even show the controls, have to research it (8) and Sennheiser Momentum 10. Ear Fit (working out, not running): Bose fits well and stays (10). Sony - WF1000XM5 with the different tips do not stay in ear well (8). Sennheiser Momentum fits and stays well (10)

    Amazing Anc and Fit

First off these fit amazing compared to all other. The Anc is better than the Sony's Xm5 earbuds but the Bose Ultra does not compete against the Sony's Ldac codec, but the immersive audio does make up for a bit of the sound quality. Bose stays stuck on Sbc codec unless you have a Snapdragon Sound device which is mostly off brand highend devices do. So most of highend samsung device in the US have snapdragon chips in them but are not approved for Snapdragon sound so it's worthless for Bose to advertise this feature. This is the only major draw back to these earbuds other than Multi point connectivity which I really don't care about but it would be nice for Bose to add this feature. The controls on the earbuds are hands done the best.

Great earbuds from Bose as usual BUT there's a price to pay for top tier noice cancellation and thats ear fatigue. No complaints just cant wear to much longer than an hour and the battery life needs to improve. These are constantly being charged more than my regular rotayion buds. Sound quality is clear and bass is heavy but volume is also lower than expected. Good all around ear buds and id purchase again.

No other earbuds I have worn have come even close to the sound reproduced through these earbuds. The noise cancelling effects bring out the true high fidelity in your music. They also fit snuggly to your ear canal so you absorb all the captured sound.
