Well, YES if you have a A/C outlet in your car like many do these days or if you use an inverter plugged into a lighter socket to get the A/C power. The more wattage output of the inverter the faster it will charge. I do not know what the minimum or maximum should be. I would imagine around 200-400 watts would do fine.
