• You can choose several sounds for free. I do believe that I saw ones that you could purchase as well but you can get quite a few really different sounds and meditative songs and so forth for free you can download a certain amount and you can remove ones to add new ones.

• The Bose Sleep app is free. You don’t have to use it if you don’t want to but it offers several very effective sounds (white noise).

• Unfortunately, I do not know. They have never been used. I purchased them as a gift and the recipient is returning them. They prefer a different brand.
