• I had the same problem with the first generation sleep buds and I sent them to Bose directly. They sent me a new pair 48 hours later.

• Have you tried cleaning it really well? One of mine did the same thing, but it was actually ear wax on the terminals. Once I cleaned them and put them back in the case, they both charge perfectly again.
