• You don't need to bluetooth them. You can link them using the Bose app

• What I know you can add because I have it is 1 or 2 Bose bass modules and Bose 700 surround speakers. You can add one or two Bose bass modules 500 or one or two Bose bass modules 700. You cannot add however one Bose bass module 500 and one Bose bass module 700. They have to be the same 500 or 700.
