I had the same issue,only that my product was stuck at the update(white light scrolls continuosly from left to right).Whener I switched it on,it would go off after about 50 seconds the restart on its own. If you've experienced such and had a solution,please advise too

Please try again later.From experience it could be from the bandwidth of wifi being taken up also a simple reset helps the problem or the drivers get to hot it has a built in cap to stop it from destroying the speaker hope that helps bose doesn't really mention to much about their products
