- Answer We will be unable to confirm if this will work as it is a 3rd party product. However, if your device is a Bluetooth transmitter and is A2DP compatible, this should work.

- Answer It won't operate unless it's plugged in since it is NOT battery operated. It doesn't NEED to be left plugged in -- unless you want to see the nice digital clock when the unit is turned off. You CAN unplug it when you're not using the 500, I guess, but then you would have to plug it back in when you want to use it. But why would you want to unplug it?

- Answer This is not compatible with our range of SoundTouch speakers. You can, however, wirelessly group the two ranges of speakers together using AirPlay 2 which is featured in both.

- Answer The bose speaker is controlled via the bose Music app, so you need some sort of device that can download and run the music app in order to set up the preloaded streaming service on the speaker. Once your chosen streaming service is set up you control the speaker via the preset station buttons on the speaker itself

- Answer I had the same issue,only that my product was stuck at the update(white light scrolls continuosly from left to right).Whener I switched it on,it would go off after about 50 seconds the restart on its own. If you've experienced such and had a solution,please advise too

- Answer While Home Speaker 500 does feature Alexa, this speaker cannot be currently grouped with other Alexa-enabled speaker such as an Echo/Dot. This system is not compatible with the Solo 5.
