- Answer Not sure, but the bose 500 did not want to connect with bose app or amazon app. tried with 2 different systems. I ended up getting the amazon studio, works and sounds great.

- Answer I don't see any way to do it naturally. The 500 doesn't even sinc with all Bose products. There may be a workaround, but I think it would take that.

QuestionCan I use this device for Alexa and Google assistant simultaneously? I have Amazon Prime and I have Nest products so I would like to use both Alexa and Google depending on what request I need to make. Thank you

- Answer Yes, but you have to switch back n forth within the app. You can’t just ask Alexa them ask Google. Which is a bummer. But I completely dropped Alexa (not as good at finding radio stations by their name, among other things that Google does much better) since now Google can now play SiriusXM.

- Answer First, it has to position on a hard surface to reduce the bass vibrate. Since there are two speakers on the left and right, positioning it in the center of the room will balance the sound just fine.
