• Yes - but it won't get real loud in a big room. Buy a stereo receiver with a decent set of speakers and you'll be much happier. Don't get me wrong, I love my Bose Solo 5 and I drive it with a 27“ TV and an Echo Dot but they're in a smaller room without home theatre implications.

• Hello Drexel, You may connect your smartphone to the AUX input by using a 3.5mm to dual male RCA connection. You may also connect via Bluetooth. There is no provision for connecting a usb driver to listen to you music. Thanks for checking.
