Hello psg, thanks for your question. The documentation is correct the way it is written. The Solo 5 can only receive a Bluetooth signal (i.e. from your mobile device to the speaker). It is not able to transmit Bluetooth and thus cannot be connected to additional Bluetooth speakers. Have a great day! Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support
