If you are experiencing no power to the system, we would advise testing this with a new power cable, new power port/socket, and ensuring that all of the cables are seated correctly. We would also advise checking the batteries in the remote to ensure that this is sending the signal correctly to the Soundbar. Failing all of the above, we would recommend that you get in touch with Support in your local country/region to get further assistance with this. We hope this helps!
