• It does not have a separate sub-woofer, but the base tones are sufficient.

• No it doesn't have a sub woofer. its not designed to. its an all inclusive speaker designed to give great sound, but not more than what is supposed to be heard. Its an exceptional speaker. Its not roof raising loud but its better than any tv speaker and plenty loud enough to watch tv or a movie.

• The Solo 5 doesn't have a subwoofer and isn't really meant to be a substitute for a home theater sound system or similar setup. It delivers a strong and ear pleasing blend of the sound spectrum without dominating your TV cabinet with equipment or shaking the rafters with the ultimate bass drop.
