“I have an old Bose TV system which is connected to a wall mounted TV. Is the new system 5 audio cable connection the same as the old? I can't access the rear of the tv and want to use the old cable with the new unit.”

Any TV with an audio output would be able to connect to this system and there are very few models out there which wouldn't have that type of connection. In the event that your particular TV model doesn't have an audio output, you could still use the system by running devices like your cable/satellite box straight to the system.
