Yes, I purchased the Bose soundbar and it made a huge difference. Bose is expensive but worth it. Mine uses the optical connection

Please try again later.The solo 5 by Bose is bluetooth and can be used wirelessly, but personally I believe it sounds better and is slightly louder with a wired connection. There is also a small lag sometimes with the wireless between the movement of a mouth and the sound out of the speaker. The solo 5 also does not get as loud as some would expect so you might want to listen before buying. I love the solo 5 and recommend it, just need to know these few things first.
