Thanks for the question. The audio and video should be synchronized. Many cable boxes, game consoles, DVR boxes and satellite boxes allow users to adjust compression settings and multichannel options. Check to see that compression is set to Light or Off or None, and that the multichannel option is set to Stereo. Refer to the manufacturer owners guide for more information.
Be sure the TV volume is down zero or the TV speakers have been turned off.
