• Yes it will. Pairing is super easy. Push and hold the Bluetooth button until it blinks and then confirm the pairing in your Bluetooth menu on your iPad. You can have up to 2 devices synced at a time and it tells which devices are syned when you turn it on.

• Yes, any audio application that would normally come through the iPad's speakers would come through the SoundLink when the two are paired.
