A:AnswerI don't know why this would not work. It's really considered an external speaker, and I have never seen a computer where you cannot connect accessories like this, as long as you have the correct connections.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out for clarification. This is a standalone speaker that is designed to connect directly to a single audio device wirelessly such as a tablet or smartphone or through the auxiliary jack in the back for non-Bluetooth devices. It will not work in conjunction with other speakers.
A:AnswerIt will probably get your adapter. The Hz are faster there than here. You could try charging it from the USB port on your laptop though as that will already be in DC current.
A:AnswerYes I have. Pairing blue tooth devices from a surface and a Bose have proven more difficult than other devices in my opinion but it can be done. I suggest checking out the Jabra Soulmate as an alternative. Jabra has a relationship with Microsoft and typically is more compatible.
A:AnswerI'm currently having the same problem. I bought an album from iTunes and the files play perfectly fine from my computer speaker, and from my phone speaker and if you have a physical (non-Bluetooth) pair of headphone connected to the phone jack, but if you play the files form ANY Bluetooth connection it shutters. I've tried from my car, I have two Bluetooth speakers, I have two pairs of wireless headphones and they all shutter. I tired deleting the songs form my phone, restarting the phone and re-downloading them and it didn't work. Then I tired buying from a different source, I bought the same album from Amazon, and it worked. The only difference I can see is that the iTunes file is M4A and amazon sells MP3. The really strange part is that I don't have this problem with all M4A files from iTunes, I even bought and album where only one song did it and the other 11 songs didn't. I also re-purchased that one songs from Amazon and it worked too. The album I bought was 'Between Wind and Water' by The Longest Johns, and the singular song problem was 'Somebody That I Used to Know' by Gotye, but the rest of that album strangely worked.
A:AnswerIf your device has bluetooth, it should work just fine.
It does come with a charger. Standard micro USB cable, but the end that plugs into the wall is pretty slick. It's thin, and the plug blades fold down flat so it's very packable and doesn't look like a gaudy charger sticking out of the wall when it's plugged in. Hope that helps.
A:AnswerThanks for your question. The SoundLink Color speaker is designed to connect wirelessly with a Bluetooth device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer for audio playback. It is not compatible with TV’s, unfortunately. Thank you!
