A:Answer I'm currently having the same problem. I bought an album from iTunes and the files play perfectly fine from my computer speaker, and from my phone speaker and if you have a physical (non-Bluetooth) pair of headphone connected to the phone jack, but if you play the files form ANY Bluetooth connection it shutters. I've tried from my car, I have two Bluetooth speakers, I have two pairs of wireless headphones and they all shutter. I tired deleting the songs form my phone, restarting the phone and re-downloading them and it didn't work. Then I tired buying from a different source, I bought the same album from Amazon, and it worked. The only difference I can see is that the iTunes file is M4A and amazon sells MP3. The really strange part is that I don't have this problem with all M4A files from iTunes, I even bought and album where only one song did it and the other 11 songs didn't. I also re-purchased that one songs from Amazon and it worked too. The album I bought was 'Between Wind and Water' by The Longest Johns, and the singular song problem was 'Somebody That I Used to Know' by Gotye, but the rest of that album strangely worked.
