• Hello, thank you for your question! Depending on the country/region and product, all Bose products come with a warranty period. If this is the SoundLink Color II, this warranty period is 1 year for the US/CA, although we do offer out-of-warranty service options. We would advise that you reach out to Bose support for troubleshooting advice, and to service the product if needed!
