Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same trouble. From what I've seen, is that the usb cable attached to the wall plug is not attached properly to connected. What is more upsetting, is that the cable fits, but is not securing a tight enough fit, ergo you need to buy another in hopes that will work! The "fit" I am speaking of is the fit from the back of the sound link to wall plug. This only started happening after we started using. We've had for a while but never used much, and now that I do use, it is not charging after a few months of use!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That charging cable is very popular for use with non-Apple phones/tablets as well as many digital cameras. Let's try another cable and see if we get the same results. We can also reset the speaker by holding down the power button for a full ten seconds with the speaker turned off.
