It is a great extension of my phone. I can talk, hear, answer, hang-up phone calls with my Samsung Galaxy Notes 8 hands off. I could do it while driving but don't.

You can answer a call by pressing the multi-function button, reject a call by holding this button, mute a call by holding "+" and "-" simultaneously; and lastly you can end a call by pressing the multi-function button when on the call. You can also use this to swap between calls by double tapping this button, and make outbound calls by holding the button to activate the voice control on this mobile device. We hope this helps!
