Could I hook this speaker with Alexa echo null

Yes, if you connect the 3.5mm output from your Echo, to the 3.5mm Line Input on the SoundLink Color II, then choose the line/aux input on top of the SoundLink (it looks like a circle with an arrow, and it’s next to the Bluetooth button), Alexa will answer you through the much improved Bose speaker instead of the one on the Echo.
