Hi Moth, it is not possible to decrease the volume of the voice prompt or product tonalities.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I adjust the sound by the top of SoundLink with the - > + marks to control the sound. I very seldom have to crank up the volume for sound quality. If it is too loud, (when turned off, a small thump is heard to let you know that it is off) try lowering the volume when turning it off, Hopes that help you. ;-)
