“Charging new Sounlink Flex. It stopped charging after about an hour and announced that it was 50% charged. connected unit to my iPhone. Put it back on charger, still says 50%, and does not appear to be charging anymore. Return? Thanks.”

What was the power output from your charger? The Flex requires at least a 5V 1.5A charger from what I've read. I would try using at least a 2A charger with a new cord before sending it in. If the same issue still persists after this and this is a new unit, return it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've never had an issue with charging this unit. I fully charge it when I'm not using it, with the charge plug. If it continues to indicate a 50% charge, I would try playing it for a couple hours or until it indicates less than 30% charge. Try an over night full charge with a compatible charge plug and line attachment. Hopefully, that will do the trick.
