• I can see mine in the Bose Connect app. I think that may be the only way. I did not see it listed on the back physically either.

• Thank you for your question. You can also find the Serial number on the box the system came in or in the Bose Connect app. Simply navigate to Settings and then Product Info. I hope this helps.
