• Yes that will be fine as the charge you use will likely only output 5v.

• The Bose Soundlink Flex uses USB-C power delivery. Any USB-C power supply will work, it doesn't matter what part of the world you're in. You'll have to bring your own power supply, the Bose does not ship with one. Most phone chargers will work.

• This speaker charges via USB C it does not include a charging brick, just a USB A to USB C cable. it should charge fine anywhere you charge USB devices.
