Not an issue since you must press button on your phone to access Siri so the phone will pick up your voice.

Yes you can. The head phones work like any other Bluetooth ear sets. Press and momentarily hold the center function button on the back of the right ear set. You'll hear the Siri double chime. Just talk and she'll respond.
