Q: QuestionDoes the Bose Micro really make a sound while charging? Is that normal?

• A:Answer I use mine with it charging, it works fine. While using it, if I plug or unplug the charger, it produces a 2-tone beep, but it keeps working.

Q: QuestionI have a Bose Soundlink Micro Bluetooth Speaker which is paired with a Aluratek Universal Bluetooth. The Bose speaker has a + and - buttons which I assume are for volume control however I cannot increase or decrease the sound from the speaker?

• A:Answer I have the same problem, pressing the buttons has no effect. I suspect you need the Bose app on your phone or tablet in order to use those buttons.
