QuestionI can connect my bose micro soundlink to my iPhone 11 but it will not allow me to adjust the volume on the speaker, I can only adjust the volume with my phone. 1 hour on the phone with Bose saying to call Apple. Called Apple nothing wrong with the phone.

QuestionWill this speaker actually stand up on its edge, and are all the buttons nice and clicky?

- Answer I don't think it would stand up very well, however it has a strap so if you could strap it to something it would be fine. The buttons are recessed but part of the silicone case.

QuestionAre you able to make a FaceTime call and hear the other persons voice through the speaker and speak to them through the speaker as well? I have the sound link color, sound link mini II and sound link III all of which doesn’t have that feature.
