“when i connect the speaker it says that it is connected but no audio comes out of the speaker”

• Make sure your device is not connected to more than one Bluetooth speaker. If it is, disconnect the other device and then see what happens.

• I would check to be sure your volume is turned up on your phone. Also, Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings and paired.
