“Why does it take forever for the speaker to charge, and why does it only charge at 90%? I've charged this speaker literally all night and still have the same result 90% charge does it not go to 100%?”

Sounds like you didn’t fully charge it when it was new. Your battery has been short cycled and probably is as good as it will get try running it down to about 10%and charge it for 24 hours.
