You can press and hold multifunction button i.e. one with three dots and it will ask to select language. You can now use + and - to select language.

Thank you for asking. Here are the steps to change the language: Press and hold the Multifunction and Volume + buttons at the same time until you hear the voice prompt for the first language option. Press Volume + or Volume - to scroll through the list of language options: English, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, or Polish. When you hear your language, press and hold the Multifunction button
