“Battery Light flashing Red The battery light will not stop flashing red, even when on the charger. I bought the product three weeks ago in the US but I'm already back home in Kenya. What could be the problem and where can I get help?”

• Check the amp on the charger use 200 ma or eq

• Maybe your product is defective. The red light means that the speaker needs to be recharged.
