We found our signal stopped if phone call or text came through when using our iPhones. We started using our iPads and that helped a lot. Sometimes we get a pause but resumes in few seconds.

If you're using Bluetooth maybe the reception for wifi isn't strong enough. That'll interruption music streaming. Did you try to play on another device? Did you try aux?

I haven't experienced any problems. Make sure that there is no major obstruction between your speaker and the Bluetooth source.
