“When I plug in my mini the white lights flash briefly but then will not charge what so ever? I cannot even turn it on it has been charging all night?”

• 1. Make sure you unit is on the metal pins of the charging base. 2. Occasionally in may not start up. Just turn off and on to re set.

• It took HOURS to charge but eventually did charge. Allow 12 hrs to charge.

• Mine had a bad cord. Try another micro-USB cord.
