“Unable to pair with my sound link mini I have 3 lights that are constantly lit (mute,pair,aux) and I am unable to turn off or reset. I gave tried the hold mute and gold pair fix but nothing works. Any ideas?”

• There's an 800 number in your owners manual. The Bose reps are superb at walking us thru glitches such as this.

• Going through you Bluetooth device setting some speakers need to be connected this way at times.
