Yes, there is a car charger available for this speaker. It is called "Bose SoundDock Portable and SoundLink car charger".

I personally would buy an power invertor with A/C connection so you don't have to spend the higher price for each item that has a car adaptor for each item. The invertor you can just leave it in the car and you can charge more than one item up at the same time. You can also consider getting one with a power surge protector if you have enough juice charging through it and protect your device. Either way cost effectively getting the inverter is the best way to go. And you eliminate all the extra cords you carry around. Just a route to go

I don't think a car charger is an available option, but you might check the Bose manufacturer's website to see if they even make such a product. If they do, then finding a vender who sells it should be an easy Google search.
