Charging adapter listed as 100-240V. You would need an adapter for 220v plug. From USB on a computer it will take much longer to charge as USB ports on computers usually rated at about 0.5amp of current and speaker's charger rated at 1.6amp

You would need a different adapter plug, but it should work. Also, you can charge from a USB port on your computer, it may, however, charge slower and provide an inconsistent charging time.
