“Red Blinking Light and Won't Turn on I recently opened one of these speakers from a box that was about a year old. It had never been used before, and so I plugged it into charge. I got a red blinking light as it was charging. I figured the light would go away after some time, but the red light will not go away and the speaker will not turn on. Is there anything I can do?”

The red blinking light means low battery. It should go off once it has a charge. I'm guessing it isn't charging correctly. Possibly failed battery or charger? Return it if possible.

One thing to try would be to hold the mute button for about 10 seconds until the 3 LEDs flash once to reset it. If that does not work, please call our technical support group at 800-380-4831.
