this shouldn't be an issue, in the bluetooth menu you should see them if they're on and in pairing mode. Remember you have to click each of the buds for 3 seconds to turn off and on. After that they enter in pairing mode
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have same issue with 2 android phones. It only really likes one phone.. you have to kill the app and Bluetooth on the other phone to connect. Not a good setup for 2 phones Jabra Elites work great for many devices at once with BT 5.0, not these, it has older BT version.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You need the Bose app to connect, simple BT pairing did not work for me on Pixel 3XL or Samsung 8S. Its all the app does really is connect and nothing else really.
