The voice quality is great, as long as if the buds are in correctly. As for the background noise ... they will hear everything.

These have no noise cancellation, they do the job but are not the greatest for phone calls. At least not while im in the gym with a ton of background noise. People have had issues hearing me while in the gym, otherwise no issues in a normal environment.

Wind noise can have a slight effect on the voice quality of these headphones when taking calls. We recommend using the product in less windy conditions to allow the microphone to capture your voice with less interference.
