Yes, that is correct. You should be able to get way more than 30 minutes of play time. When you charge them, put both earbuds inside of the case, then using the cable provided and your own adapter plug it into the wall. Do not remove the case from the charger until all 5 lights are illuminated. After that as long as you are replacing your earbuds in the case after each use you can go for days without needing to recharge them (of course that depends on your use).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure that the case is completely charged THEN charge them with case still plugged in. 30 mins is not right unless you are blasting them at high with bass crazy music. I listen to pandora at 60-75% and they last at least 4 hours then need to be recharged. Maybe they are getting older? Not sure but 30 mins is definitely NOT right. Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The headset only fits one way into the case so if you can close the lid they are in their correctly. Push the button on the front of the case and if you see the lights light up you have enough charge in the case to charge the headset. If there are no lights than it is time to plug in the case. If you've done all of the above then you might have a defective headset.

To make sure they are properly charging verify that the contacts on the headphones and the earbuds are aligned when placing them in the charging case. Also, in the app make sure your standby timer is set appropriately. The headphones will continue to play music/tones/alert sounds from your phone if not turned off. You should be getting around five hours of audio at a moderate volume. If not, please contact our support team https://bose.life/1RwxI8E for assistance. Best Regards, Greg - Bose Support
