That’s because we engineered the nozzle of our StayHear+ Sport tips to spread contact evenly around the inside of your ear, while the fin conforms naturally to the shape of the upper ridge of your ear. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was wondering the same thing when I got them. It’s really easy, all you do is put them in your ear and turn them. The earpiece has a little tail on it and they fit snugly in your ear. They fit well and don’t fall out.
