They are pretty bulky outside the ear. I wouldn't recommend them for helmets that cover the ears, but if your ears are open it may work. They don't have noise reduction but they seal pretty well - safety may be an issue if you use these

We do however utilize advanced Bluetooth engineering and fine tune the Bluetooth antennas to maximize range and minimize dropped connections. As far as fit, here are the dimensions of the headphones so you can determine whether it would be a comfortable fit for you - 1.25" H x 1" W x 1.2" D. Cheers!
