OK, sorry if I seem mean but your question is horrible, what Samsung 3? The tablet? The J3 Phone? The type 3 Watch? The 3.1 speakers? Youll be able to listen but not use the microphone conteols as this is for ios and not android.

They'll work with anything, I was told. But I would not recommend them unless you're going to stand completely still and not move AT ALL because they tend to fall out of your ears too easily. Also, you hear everything happening around you - and I mean everything. :(

Only during phones calls, the inline controls may function and respond differently. Other than that, if it has a 3.5mm headphone jack, you should be fine. Have a good one.
